1. About Layo Creations LLC
Layo Creations LLC (“Layo Creations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a business-to-business (“B2B”) wholesale ecommerce and distribution platform supplying vitamins, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, skincare, personal care, beauty, household products and other consumer goods to qualified business buyers, including retailers, pharmacies, ecommerce sellers, marketplace sellers, wholesalers, distributors and other resellers (collectively, “Customers”). Products displayed on our website may be manufactured, branded or owned by third-party companies. Layo Creations does not claim ownership of any third-party trademarks, logos, product names, brand assets, which remain the property of their respective owners.

The Services are intended primarily for businesses and professional buyers purchasing products for resale, distribution or other legitimate commercial purposes. To access certain features, wholesale pricing and ordering capabilities, you may be required to register for a wholesale account and provide current, complete and accurate business information, including but not limited to your legal business name, contact details, tax or resale documentation and any other information we reasonably request. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or suspected breach of security. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to approve, decline, suspend or terminate any wholesale account or access to the Services at any time, including where information appears inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or where we identify misuse, non-payment or other concerns.
4. Account Access & Wholesale Pricing
Certain products, wholesale prices, quantity tiers, promotions and purchasing functions may only be available to approved and signed-in wholesale Customers. Access to an account or to the website does not guarantee ongoing access to any particular product, brand, price, discount, promotion or commercial term. We may modify, restrict or discontinue access to specific products, brands, pricing structures or features at any time, subject to applicable law and without liability for future availability.

7. Wholesale Pricing & Quantity Tiers

We may offer tiered pricing, case pricing or promotional pricing from time to time. Unless otherwise agreed in writing or confirmed as part of an accepted order, prices are subject to change without notice. Once an order has been accepted and confirmed, the pricing for that order will generally not be changed, except to correct obvious errors or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
8. Minimum Order Quantities
Some products may be subject to minimum order quantities (“MOQs”), case quantities or other wholesale quantity requirements. These requirements may vary by product, brand or promotion and may be displayed on the product page or communicated during the quotation or ordering process. We reserve the right to adjust or enforce MOQs and case quantities and to cancel or modify orders that do not meet the applicable requirements.
9. Orders & Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to our review, inventory verification, payment verification and acceptance. We may decline or cancel any order, in whole or in part, for reasons including but not limited to product unavailability, suspected fraud, pricing or catalogue errors, non-payment, or concerns about intended use or destination. If we identify an obvious pricing, quantity or catalogue error affecting your order, we may correct the error before fulfillment.
