Postage
Customer pays change-of-mind return postage. Layo pays return postage for confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items.
Eligibility
For change-of-mind returns, goods must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Report problems promptly with photos and retain all original goods and packaging for inspection.
Refunds Timing
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection. Note that banks or payment providers may take additional time to post the refund.
